IRVING, Texas –

The Federal Reserve Bank of New York’s Center for Microeconomic Data recently released its quarterly report on household debt and credit.  While some pundits initially rushed to point to a negative theme — 7 million people had an auto finance contract at least 90 days delinquent in 2018 — the Fed was quick to reign these pundits in with context supporting the overall health of the auto lending industry.

A look at the numbers supports the Fed’s optimism. More than 89 million Americans currently have some sort of auto financing, […] Read more

F-16 Fighter Jet Order Could Cross A Red Line In U.S.-China Relations

Trump administration officials are reportedly backing the sale of Lockheed Martin (LMT) F-16 fighter jets to Taiwan, sparking a protest from China.

China has always pushed back on military sales to Taiwan, which it views as a rogue province instead of an independent nation, and has called the F-16 sales a “red line.”

Top Tools to Use to Make Sure Your Dealership Has the Necessary Technology

The only thing that is a downside (for the consumer) with those credit scores is that their dealerships will most likely be using a different credit score to approve/disapprove auto loans. And it’s highly likely that the consumers will not have access to that credit score.

Many consumers fail to realize that there are other […] Read more

SALEM, Ore. (AP) – The Oregon Department of Human Services said Thursday that a data breach may have exposed the personal information of the 1.6 million residents the department serves. The department said it isn’t sure exactly how many people had their information exposed after nearly 2 million employee emails were made vulnerable to unauthorized persons.
